UNIVERSITY, MS – Full-time Finance major Tim Herrington discussed his joys and approaches to challenges in the world of entrepreneurship and real-estate.

“The real estate market is booming, and in the Oxford area houses are barely getting on the market before they’re sold,” says NewsWatch reporter Julieanna Jackson.

Looking for a house in the Oxford area? Grenada native, Tim Herrington, may be able to help. Herrington took advantage of the market and decided to earn some extra coins by flipping houses in the surrounding areas.

Herrington's first introduction to real-estate came from watching his grandfather manage several rental properties as a child. He then got interested in fixing-and-flipping houses after assisting his brother during high school. Their first house was completed in Memphis.

“My advice would be to get started,” says Herrington. “Don’t worry about age or little things that could hold you back.”

Herrington says every day isn’t easy but the journey is a rewarding process and he has grown tremendously as a person.

“Every day is a grind,” says Herrington.

Herrington aspires to be a real-estate developer within the next ten years–working on different projects in several areas in and outside of America.e your paragraph here.
